Services Provided: Deal origination, HAFF submission and management to Financial Close with Housing Australia; client-side Project Management to settlement.

Project: 307 HAFF-funded affordable dwellings plus 100 market rent dwellings; among the first 800 homes awarded HAFF funding nationally (January 2025). Submission lodged March 2024; land settlement November 2025.
Services Provided: Deal origination, structuring and HAFF submission; Development Agreement with Assemble; project feasibility; town planning amendment completed ahead of program.

Project: Feasibility study on the redevelopment of 44 high-rise public housing towers on 50Ha of inner-metro land, and analysis of potential procurement models.
Services Provided: Development feasibility, highest-and-best-use study for all sites, financial and procurement modelling.

Project: Affordable housing apartment in Geelong, developed by VicUrban (now Development Victoria) for Haven Home Safe.
Services Provided: Project Management / Superintendent.

Project: 165 dwellings across 9 medium-density projects in regional south-west Victoria, part grant-funded through the Victorian Social Housing Growth Fund (Big Housing Build).
Services Provided: Grant funding bid preparation; Development Management and Project Management, including site acquisition, planning and delivery (including as superintendent) to handover.
